Countable nouns can be counted.
We can make them singular or plural.
You can count the cars in the street easly;
one car, two cars, three cars,etc.   
Uncountable nouns cannot be counted
They are not separate objects.
You cannot make them plural.
You cannot say; one water, two waters.
